The USA Network’s WWE in-ring announcer Vince McMahon celebrated his birthday few days ago with some blatant homphobia:
A recent episode of WWE/RAW on the USA Network included a birthday celebration for Vince McMahon featuring Cirque du Soleil performers.
As the performers bounced into the wrestling ring on springboard-type stilts, Mr McMahon said: “Those masks are really gay” and “just what every man wants on his birthday.”
Worse, after he shook hands with the Cirque du Soleil performers he deemed too gay, McMahon wiped his hands on his pants in disgust.
GLAAD said they are reaching out to McMahon and the USA Network.
