Drinking Liberally a liberal Utah blog, shares an ad purchased by “America Forever” that ran in the Sunday Salt Lake newspapers decrying the horrors of the Common Ground Initiative, which is designed to help secure basic human rights for gay people.
But “America Forever” isn’t having basic human rights! From their ad (capitalization is not mine):
DO NOT BE FOOLED by the Common Ground Initiative
It’s not just about a few people here in Utah, it is part of a well engineered movement, targeted to VALIDATE HOMOSEXUALITY TO THE CHILDREN. Like in California, it is the backdoor they need to overthrow the Marriage Amendment.
I mean, the use of “backdoor” says it all. Sure the ad never made it to a copy editor, but “America Forever” managed to squeeze that zinger there in the end. Look at me, I’ve been inspired!
