So, I thought I’d take just a minute y’all of the petitions that need to be signed, marriage equality-wise.

Equality California’s petition, urging Obama to file a brief in the Olson-Boies federal challenge to Prop 8.

And Sign for Equality is seeking to repeal Prop 8 at the ballot next year, and they need one million signatures to do that.

Additionally, five new initiatives received approval Monday to seek signatures for measures that could repeal same-sex marriage restrictions in California.
