The California Supreme Court has updated their site today, but, as you can see from the screencap there to your left, there will be no ruling on Prop 8 tomorrow.
This was a bit weird — everybody thought this was going to be announced today. And I do mean everybody.
The Court must issue its ruling by June 3, and since it normally issues rulings on Mondays and Thursdays, there are just three dates left for the Court to announce that they have made a decision.
