National Equality March: Route and Speakers

nem_routeThe permits have been secured, the route has been set, the the March is set to be over by 5 PM so New Yorkers can make the trip in one day.

What’s left? The speakers! They include Dustin Lance Black, NAACP Chairman Julian Bond, Lt. Dan Choi, Judy Shepard, Urvashi Vaid.

Plus Broadway’s “Hair” will “>shut down its matinee so that its castmembers can bus down to D.C. The cast will also perform onstage at the March.

The National Equality March is on October 11.
