While I appreciate David Shuster defending an attack on Barney Frank’s sexuality yesterday during RNC Chairman Michael Steele’s insane press conference yesterday, I am not so certain that Steele was making fun of Frank’s lisp. During his speech, Steele said:
They suggest that instead we should go after Nancy Pelosi, who nobody likes. Or Harry Reid, who nobody knows. Or this Tim Geithner fellow, who nobody believes. Or maybe even Barney Frank, who nobody understands.
I don’t know. Maybe. Then again, Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow do vocal impersonations of all kinds of people on the Right . . . .
