Jackie Beat Parodies High Fructose Corn Syrup Ads

Thu, May 7, 2009 by AKA William

jackiebeatI’m kinda loving this.

You know those commercials for high fructose corn syrup where one mom looks at the other mom, who is pouring a high-fructose-corn syrup-laden drink for her kids, and says, “Wow, you don’t care about your kids, huh?

Well, drag performer Jackie Beat, Madonna-accent genius Nadya Ginsburg, and Selene Luna offer three interpretations of what a propaganda commercial should really be.

Watch the original and the Jackie Beat version after the jump. After watching it myself a few times I’ve been wondering if Maggie Gallagher would know it was a parody . . . .
