Remember the great “That’s So Gay” PSA by Wanda Sykes? The campaign to get people to stop saying “That’s gay” when referring to something that is not good?
Well, GLSEN just launched a new print ad portion of the ThinkB4YouSpeak campaign. And the first thing I thought when I read the ads was, “Oh, cool! And kinda bitchy . . . . “
Here’s a line from one: “That’s so ‘gamer guy who has more video games than friends.’”
Whoa, right?

I can’t think of a better example of the “GLBT” community’s thought police tendencies than the “That’s so Gay” campaign.
