With just five hours’ deliberation a nine-woman, three-man jury found gay-for-pay porn starTimothy Boham, a.k.a. Marcus Allen, guilty of the first-degree murder of wealthy Denver businessman J.P. Kelso, who was apparently a “client” of Boham’s.
Colorado law mandates that someone found guilty of first-degree murder must spend life in prison, without the possibility of parole. The sentence will be handed down today.
