Hear that, gays? We’re “negative on lifestyle” according to Turkey’s only English-language daily. Want to know what else we are, other than negative on lifestyle. Me too:

Forty percent of homosexuals consider their lifestyle choice to be perverse and 90 percent do not want their offspring to be homosexual, according to research by the Sexual Health Institution Society, or CISED.
Cem Keçe, head of CISED, said the research was conducted by holding more than 5,000 interviews in the cities of Diyarbakır, İzmir, Adana, Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa and Mersin. Among those interviewed, 48 percent were heterosexual women, 40 percent were heterosexual men and the remaining 12 percent were gays, bisexuals, transvestites or transsexuals, collectively referred to as homosexuals for the research.
Seventy-five percent of heterosexuals and 40 percent of homosexuals interviewed said homosexuality is a form of perversion. Forty percent of heterosexuals and 60 percent of homosexuals said they believe homosexuality is a conscious choice. Fifty-five percent of heterosexuals and 35 percent of homosexuals said they believe homosexuality can be cured. Among heterosexuals, 75 percent said they would end their friendship with a friend is gay.
The paper did not report that sixty percent of homosexuals who live in these bastions of gay happiness consider their lifestyle choice to be not perverse enough.
