Via Joe.My.God comes this completely amazing interview on CBN (Pat Robertson’s Christian Broadcast Network) with Lynne Marie Kohm, professor of Family Law at Regent University. Demonstrating a breathtaking lack of intellect, Kohm claims that, regarding Perry v. Schwarzenegger, Judge Vaughn Walker appears to be under the influence of fairness.
And while she acknowledges that, generally speaking, fairness is the best argument, she explains why that type of argument won’t fly long-term, “The general structure of society is not about being fair — it’s about doing what’s best for the common good. And that’s why marriage has always been between a man and a woman.”
This is my favorite video of the week. A must watch.
