As Her Gender Is Questioned, Caster Semenya Gets A Makeover

caster_semenya_makeoverCaster Semenya, the South African track star facing a media onslaught about her masculine appearance has received a makeover from You Magazine, complete with makeup, jewelry, and stilettos.

And, in related news, Semenya’s coach Wilfred Daniels has resigned from Athletics South Africa, citing the “atrocious” treatment of Semenya as the reason. Daniels also says that the ASA tricked Semenya into taking a gender test.
