“Amazing Race” Gay Christian Brothers Happy To Use Immorality To Win

Mon, Sep 28, 2009 by AKA William

amazing_race_gay_brothersSam and Dan McMillen, the hot gay brothers on the new season of “Amazing Race” are a puzzling pair.

Sure, they’re hot. Which is a good thing. And they’re out to the world, being on the TV show and all. Also good.

But during an interview about the show, the pair talk about growing up in a conservative Christian home, and they quietly share how their faith guides them in all their decisions. And, then, in the same breath they talk about “God not watching the ‘Amazing Race’” so it’s okay to lie and cheat and do anything to win on the show because God is forgiving.

And, on the show last night they talked about how they planned on lying to other contestants about being gay.

I didn’t realize Christianity and being out were both so . . . conveniently implemented.

Watch the video.

Gay Christian hypocrites? What’s next? Honest Republicans?

hey aka william, do you not get sarcasm?

also, not telling someone you’re gay isn’t exactly lying.

    @ casey,

oh, I get sarcasm. i’m not sure what this was, but it wasn’t sarcasm — the brothers meant exactly what they said. and while an act of omission isn’t exactly lying, it’s still a method of obfuscating the truth. in this case, the truth that they are gay.

  4. Dean Says:

Very interesting that Sam and Dan are GAY, I am 58 and have 2 nephews that are also gay. Many debate the gay gene, but the evidence is springing up everywhere. The secret to a GODLY gay relationship is commitment, and faithfulness. I hope that Sam and Dan will not exploit being gay, but to encourage other young gay couples to be committed, and live a good example to others troubled by their natural gayness.
